Phase 1: Prior to Order

3. Personal Information
To ensure a smooth process, we require basic details like your name, address, and contact info. Your data is handled strictly confidentially.
4. On-Site Inspection in Korea
Our partner in South Korea inspects the vehicle and documents its condition with detailed photos and videos. Inspection costs start from €100 (covered by customer). If you decide against the car, no further costs arise.
5. Contract & Customs Power of Attorney
Once you choose the vehicle, we draft your sales contract and payment request. For port customs clearance, we also obtain your customs authorization to process the import in your name.
Phase 2: Order & Shipping
Initial payment, export handling, live maritime GPS tracking, and vehicle document preparation.
6. Initial Payment & Order
You only pay the Korean vehicle price plus ocean freight within the invoice term. Once payment is received, you get confirmation and we place the official order.
7. Export & Ocean Shipping
We prepare the vehicle for shipping and issue all export papers. Once departure is scheduled, we send you the schedule and a live tracking link to follow your vehicle to Germany.
8. Dispatch of Vehicle Papers
After departure, we compile all vehicle documents and available maintenance records and send them directly to you.
Phase 3: Arrival & Handover
Port customs clearance, official German TÜV §21 homologation, final invoice, and vehicle delivery.
9. Port Arrival & Customs
Upon arrival at the destination port, we execute customs clearance using your authorization. Customs duties and VAT become due as you settle the final balance.
10. Transport & TÜV §21
We transport the car from the port to our facility, where full German TÜV homologation (§21 StVZO) is performed for street-legal registration in Germany.
11. Final Statement & Papers
After passing inspection, you receive your final invoice detailing all completed services alongside all vehicle registration papers.
12. Handover of Your Car
Pick up your vehicle at our premises. If you booked our registration service, you receive it fully registered with number plates. Doorstep delivery is also optionally available.

Yes. As soon as the vessel departure is set, we provide departure/arrival dates and an active tracking link to monitor your car’s position on the ocean.

🏛️ Customs, TÜV & Registration
We handle everything for you using your customs power of attorney. Customs duties and VAT are fully included in the total agreed price.
After arrival, the vehicle undergoes official TÜV §21 StVZO full inspection at our facility, enabling direct registration in Germany and the EU.
It is possible (e.g. aftermarket wheels not certified in Germany, which would need to be replaced by the buyer). We verify this in advance from inspection photos and discuss it with you beforehand.
Yes! We offer a complete registration service for €185: including custom plate reservation, physical plate stamping, and all official authority fees so you receive your vehicle ready to drive.

All terms regarding vehicle reservation and withdrawal are transparently detailed in your official sales agreement. We are happy to clarify any details.
We operate as direct international importers and broker agents; we do not provide separate dealer warranties. This is why our extensive on-site diagnostic inspection in Korea is such a crucial step before purchase.
Most Korean and international brands have authorized networks in Europe, and independent workshops can service them easily. For rare domestic-only models, part procurement may take slightly longer, which we advise you on prior to purchase.
